I want to share today is called How to Create a Growth Culture.

You know, in many organizations, there are some people who are growing and there are some who are maintaining and then there are some who are going eventually.

I mean, they just haven't officially quit yet or been asked to leave.

And you want a culture where growth feels normal,

where it's not the exception, where you just don't have a person here or there who are really

hungry and into that type of thing. You want it to be a cultural thing, something that is talked

about a lot, something that is celebrated,

it's prioritized, it's shared, and it's not likely to happen that way, just by accident,

just if you let people take their natural course, because the natural course for people is to

stay comfortable. You know, the brain is telling you, hey for people is to stay comfortable.

You know, the brain is telling you, hey, slow down, be comfortable. And so we have to intentionally create some steps and create the conditions that will help

build that growth culture to where it's celebrated, it's rewarded, it's fun, it's everywhere. And you're,

you feel left out if you're not really enthusiastic about it or you're the one that's not

really growing. You're just showing, you don't grow, and eventually you get left behind.
