shouting out a feel-good affirmation and you know everyone being like, huh? Like that's nice. But think about this, what causes

overthinking or anxiousness or feeling less or feeling like you're not

where you're supposed to be in life? Those feelings are symptoms of the larger feeling of feeling

feeling powerless. I think if there's one like emotion that I could

cherry pick and eradicate in life it would be feeling powerless, feeling like no

matter what you do or say it doesn't move you in the direction you want,

feeling like no matter how hard you work, it doesn't elevate you, feeling that no matter how much you give,
