In today's episode, I want to talk about a first-hand account that I got from a client who sent me an email after we had worked together telling me of how she was doing and her report about caffeine. I thought you guys might find this

0:45.1

interesting and she gave me permission to read her letter on the show and so you

0:51.8

know recently I've had an episode about sleep and I had one

0:56.5

about my experience with the chocolate and we also had one about media when we were talking about how much we're consuming with our

1:07.2

eyes and ears in the media.

1:09.6

So one of the things about caffeine is, is it is something that we consume and mostly for people it's

can control ourselves and then the last episode that we talked about sleep and how awesome the science is actually showing in the

1:54.0

last episode we talked about sleep and how awesome the science is actually showing in the studies how sleep is what we need to turn the anxiety around.

2:10.0

2:25.0

their anxiety affects the sleep and the sleep affects the anxiety. So again, we're in one of those

2:31.3

loops. And so we wanted to turn that spiral to be an

2:34.8

upward spiral not a downward spiral and the use of caffeine is one of the things

2:40.8

that can help that along with the media that we are consuming.

2:44.8

So all of these past episodes have been kind of going together as far as what in our lives can we control ourselves.
