I can take you just about every book in the Bible and lead you through the character of God that stands in very dramatic opposition to this notion that we're all the same and should get the same.

We're not going to get the same in heaven.

You'd be rewarded based on how you've lived in time.

It's very manipulative.

But if you don't read your Bible, if you don't know the character of God,

we're easily let astray and somebody promising you, feeding your greed and your envy and that you deserve.

Folks, if any one of us get what we deserve, we're dost and we're

must spend eternity apart from God.

I have been talking to more people far beyond Middle Tennessee for the last few days

than has been my habit for a while.

Talking about what's happening in our world and in our nation. I talked to a man this week in Burma who works on behalf of the

persecuted church in places that you wouldn't want to go.

Has lost dozens of team members in various places

around the world. Makes you aware of those challenges. I talked to a couple of

people who are very engaged in the abortion issues in our country.

And it's both triumphant and unsettling.
