Welcome to the Game Change Your Life. I'm Dave Anderson in our Agora Hills, California studio.

And the episode I want to share with you today is something called be a solution source.

And I believe there will be two ways.

You can apply this that can be really helpful.

First of all, helping you come up with the right solution when you're facing maybe a big

decision.

There are different choices, different options.

You've got a lot of data to consider which way do you go.

Sometimes we get stuck.

And secondly, helping others.

Maybe you are consulting with someone

or they're in your family or they're a friend,

someone that's come to you for advice

and helping be a solution

source for them as well. And that doesn't mean you have to give them the answer, but you create

a process. You walk them through steps that help them discover what the right course is.

A solution source doesn't always mean you're Mr. or miss fix it.

It means you create the conditions that lead you to that right solution, to that right

decision for yourself, for somebody else. It's not always instantaneous. It's a process that develops,

but it sure beats just going with your gut or hoping that it works out. It gives you something to go to, a process to follow that improves the odds greatly is going to be the right call.
