It's been two years since Research and Development started the new Vision Design, Set Design, Play Design model. In this podcast, I take a look at it and judge how I think it's going.

I'm pulling on my driveway. We all know what that means. It's time for another drive to work.

Okay, so today is a retrospective day. So, a while back, we changed over the way we made magic.

So the old school was the design and development process. So we moved to a system of vision design, set design, play design.

So let me, I'm going to walk through and explain real quickly what the difference is.

And then what I want to do is say, okay, I've now had a chance to work with this for a couple

years.

You guys have actually only seen it.

Domini is the first set that did vision design. You guys have actually only seen it. Dominaria is the first set that division design.

But I have worked on not just Dominaria,

but Spaghetti and Meepa, Guilds of Ravnica and Ravnika and Ravnika allegiance

and milk and archery and baseball and cricket.

And I'm currently working on diving and doing advanced stuff

on both equestrian. I don't think F is the name you guys know yet. But anyway, so I've been

living in this world for a while. So let me talk a little bit about what the old system was and

then I'll talk with the new system, and then my plan for today

is to sort of evaluate and say, how do I feel about it? How do I feel the system is going?

I will point out, by the way, that there's a little, I was trying to figure out whether or not

I wanted to do this now, where I've experienced it for a while, or whether I wanted to do in two

years when you've experienced it for a little while, and want to do in two years when you've experienced

And I finally came to the conclusion that I could just do both.
