Kathy Canning Mello, retired FBI agent and profiler and co-host of the Audible podcast, FBI Profilers Forensic Archives, with my dear friend, Jim Clemente.

That's right.

Yes.

And we are back in the saddle talking about the Diddy Trial.

This is sort of playing out exactly as a lot of people have expected.

However, I guess what hasn't happened yet

and what people are expecting

is to see the jury being shown videos

of these freak-offs that Diddy was so famous for, but which turns out to be very dark, I mean, because the

allegations are that he's drugging people and forcing people to have sex and bringing in prostitutes

to, you know, make his girlfriend, Cassie, have sex with them.

It's all sorts of stuff.

Yeah.

And I was interested in getting your perspective from a former prosecutor as you are because this is a federal case, right?

And so he's being charged with racketeering, right, which means that he was

leading a criminal enterprise. And this criminal enterprise was involved in a lot of other criminal

activity, including sex trafficking and arson and transportation of people engaging in prostitution. And so it's important

at this prosecution team. They have to lay all that out. Right. Well, in order to get a

RICO conviction, you have to have two predicate offenses, arsons, one of them.

So they just had Kid Cuddy come and testify about getting a call, I think, from one of Diddy's assistants, right?
