you and your guests. I am just recently at the beginning of July 2019, started listening. I am not caught up on the episodes

currently I am listening to number 290. I have had anxiety as long as I can remember. My earliest memories of anxiety are from

being about eight years old. I would pace in my brother's room that looked over our long driveway waiting for my parents to come

home because I would worry about their long drive home. On top of knowing my dad may have been drinking and could have been driving impaired

with my mom on the way home. I would call the little local store multiple times

to see if they had stopped by as it was still a 20 minute drive from there to reach the

ranch we lived on for my dad's job.

Just a little background as I am now 35. My biggest anxiety these days is my housing. We live in Oregon and things are rough here.
