for spring turkey hunting.

And Chris and I have already covered pretty extensively

scouting and roosting birds and all the different situations

that play into roosting birds and how to roost birds and where to find them and what have you.

Today we're going to be talking about setups.

Chris, how you doing all right, my friend, how are you been?

Good, I'm excited today to talk about turkey hunting and talking about these setups.

And when I think of setups I think of kind of three scenarios I think

of the early morning roost that situation where you've made a plan from the night before and you are going to probably

make an hour's worth of a setup and then you've got kind of your mid-morning, you know, say like your 8 o'clock if I were to pick a time like, you know, 8 o'clock to 10 o'clock kind of mid-morning run and gun, midday run and gun.

And then, and you know, midday could also be sets, you know, just a nice good spot to be setting a maybe a

strut zone or a meadow or something like that. And then I've got you know

late afternoon into evening which then which then filters its way into, yeah, late afternoon, late

evening, or evening setups, and then the whole process starts over again as you progress into that evening setup you're now

roosting birds trying to roost birds for the next morning and you start it all over

again so gonna be fun here to talk with you about this. You ready to roll?

Oh yeah, no, I think that's a good separation. That's kind of how I want things too.

So now I think that makes sense.
