people chase greatness, but I am through chasing people. I really believe

the mindset of an effective mentor essentially says this, look, I have what you need. You don't

know how to get it on your own. So I'm not running you down to talk you into taking it. If you don't show initiative and put in upfront effort, you won't do the long-term work either.

If you want success for your people more than they want it themselves, you'll waste time and resources and live in frustration.

It's an energy drain. Help people chase greatness,

but don't waste much time chasing people who don't want to grow or improve. You know,
