We have a Canadian and an American in here and we are celebrating independence.

We are celebrating freedom from the British.

Yay.

From the British and the Canadians. Wait a minute. And the Canadians, and the Canadians from the Americans.

No, they became independent from the British as well, I think.

They did. In fact, many, many countries actually celebrate Independence Day, not all on the same day, but Bolivia, August 6th, Cambodia, November 9th, United States, July 4th, which we'll talk about in a second,

India, August 15th, Norway, May 17th, Mexico, September 16th, Australia, January 26,

Costa Rica, September 15th, South Korea,

March 1st and August 15th,

they have twice.

That's awesome. France, July 14th. It looks to me like July is a month to think about freedom. So that's what we're talking about in the month of July.

Because today, as we're recording this, is what day in Canada, Chad?

It's Canada Day, eh?

July 1st. And what does that mean?

That is the day that Canada got its independence from Britain.
