What's the number one thing that holds us back in our lives? The thing that creates our limits,

the thing that determines our trajectory. For me... our going to talk about the brain and I just want to be up front with you all and let you know

that we are highly unqualified for this conversation.

Amen.

Right. We are by no means qualified to talk about the brain, but it's something that I feel like is holding me back from becoming my potential. Now why are we unqualified for this

conversation? James Watson said the brain is the most complex thing we have yet to

discover in our universe. With all the things that the world has

figured out, they've yet to figure out entirely how does the brain work?

So we sat back to ask ourselves the question today,

is the brain a muscle?

Is it something that can be changed?

What impact can we have on it?
