I shaved today that's about it yeah I haven't shaved in about three or four years.

I just got grown up being dragged through a hedge what can I say so I mean I'm a huge fan of your your

YouTube stuff I assume most people know you from the growth of yourself within the

industry by YouTube that's been your

medium to speak to people. Yeah it's been the one thing that I've focused on the

most so I basically for lack of a better term put all my eggs in that basket because I started out as a gym owner and

strength coach and then online entrepreneur publisher

publisher of newsletters and and affiliate marketing.

I've done so many different things,

and there's just that one thing that I knew

I could do better than anyone else,

and that was talk in front of the camera.

So I kind of scaled everything down to the point where I could just focus on that and it seems to be working.
