Summary

Bread is one of the oldest, best foods around. I have no scientific evidence of this, but it feels right. You can't really Lazy Genius bread, but you can start with great principles and have a better chance at great bread sooner than you think.

0:48.1	Alright, so there are three main complaints about baking your own bread and in the playbook

0:55.0	And then of course, I'll share the main principles of how to bake bread.
1:00.1	Lots of baking goodness is coming your way.
1:02.3	So let's jump in with the three complaints.
1:05.8	Complaint number one, it takes too much time.
1:08.9	Not as much as you think, but yeah, you're right.
1:11.3	It's not as fast as buying bread at the store or even the local bakery.
1:15.9	Saving time is not why you make bread.
1:18.2	It's also not to save you money.
