1:28.9	All right. So the stories we tell ourselves. We have the facts of our lives. We have the things
1:37.4	that no one would argue with. Like we have blue eyes. We live Arizona we got an A in math we have facts and then we have
1:52.2	the story we tell ourselves so we the fact that we got an A in math means the story is like we're really smart and super good at math or the fact that we got an A in math means the story is like we're really smart and super good at math
2:03.3	or the fact that we got a C in math the story might be like we suck at math what's wrong with us
2:08.8	we can't figure out I always do bad in my classes like we have facts in our lives and then
2:15.9	there's story on top of it.
2:18.7	And the way we tell our stories is so incredibly powerful.
2:26.6	And a lot of us don't do storytelling intentionally.
2:31.6	Our brain is just kind of on autopilot and telling us all the things that are wrong
2:37.5	with our lives and why things should be different and why we should be different and what our
2:42.2	friends need to be different. And our story doesn't serve us. It keeps us stuck. It keeps us
