And typically, I don't know, I don't think I'd maybe

connect with people who tell me how what I should do with my kids.

Because maybe I think, maybe you don't know my kids or maybe I don't like

what you're gonna say but I gotta say these guys are so good it's so practical

and so simple because when we are losing our brains because our kids are making this crazy we really

need simple right we're in a fight or flight and you're not doing any higher level thinking

you're just trying to make whatever it is that they're doing that makes no sense.

Stop.

And so this is why I wanted to share Jim and Lynn with you because you're really gonna love it.

But before we get started, you guys, the show's going well, I think there's a lot of

Wikipedia the great source of truth in our time that the carrier pigeon I mean the

first one is used by Noah, so it's biblical.
