Summary

In this episode of the Bare Performance Podcast, Nick Bare breaks down a weekly overview of his Ironman training for Ironman Texas on April 24th, 2021. He averages between 2.5 and 3 hours of training each day (6 days a week) between swimming, cycling, running and strength training.

All of this training requires plenty of food to fuel and recover for the next training session, so Nick talks about eating for performance and how his diet has changed since shifting his focus to endurance.
