Meet Mindy Lawhorne:
Mindy beautifully embodies the phrase, "fitness is my witness", she has been teaching fitness classes for over 21 years. She's been in over 30 fitness videos, but her story didn't start that way. Growing up with the nickname CC which stands for chubby cheeks, Mindy knows what it's like to struggle with weight and labels.
But there's so much more..
She is no stranger to the trials life brings, having walked through divorce, single parenting, getting buried in and climbing out of debt, remarrying, and living through her husband Lee's cancer and his passing, God has shaped Mindy through her struggles and she believes each trial was put in her life for His grand purpose and her joy through Him.
Mindy has two beautiful boys, two scruffy dogs, and loves working with others through fitness for His glory.

To give them beauty for ashes,

The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
