much in that moisture in Arizona is really good and from what I'm hearing moisture in New Mexico is good as well.

The situation where we're sitting right now, I'm going to say we, you know, other than about seven or eight years ago when we had a couple of big massive storms in March and we had some good snowpack.

This is probably the best consistency of moisture that we've had in 10 years between October and now, being the first week in March.
