Summary

Today is a little pat on the back or kick in the ass, depending on how you look at it. It's basically about not living in problems that don't exist. It's easy to get trapped in the "what ifs" or negativity of the world, but today is about looking in the mirror and moving forward with what's best for you. It's too early in the year to throw in the towel, buckle up and get it done.

hope you're having a great start to the new year. I am. I'm pretty excited about the year in general.

It seemed to be like one of the very few people that is, but I'm pretty pumped. I'm mostly

pumped to be back in the studio in the hub with you. And I'm also equally as pumped to have sent

my kid off to school this morning. I was the sixth parent in line for the kindergarten and I was aiming to be
