and it's not about you, a brief guide to a meaningful

life. We'll focus most of our attention on the first of those two works, Life's Great

Question, and I plan to ask Tom to share about how to redesign the job you have into the job

you want, what to put in place of follow your passion, why answering how you can best contribute

versus what are your passions is really life's great question, and plenty more. In the book,

Tom challenges us to rethink our life's work, and he argues that investing in your strengths,

the foundation of his earlier work, is a great start, but it's not the whole story.

The ultimate goal of development should be more about service and less about self.
