really honest and I do not want to come across as arrogant with this but I

really struggle with this question because I'm really happy and content really I've done like we can always look back and say you know I wish I would have you

know tried hard or done it quicker because you you always feel in hindsight that you

could do it quicker and like at 33 years old with what I know now

could I go back and be 20 years old and do things quicker and wiser and not make more mistakes, then yes, like that's a really

obvious question. I've got a lot of years under my belt of nutrition, training, career, business,

relationships, everything.

So I kind of don't like to dwell within the like,

oh, you know, I wish I would, you know, go back because I change everything.

I changed my knowledge around growing myself with nutrition, with

training, with relationships. You'd literally change something in all

areas of your life and my intention for this podcast is to ask you right now are you

doing as much as you could to progress yourself? Are you going all in on you as a person right now?
