| 1:09.0 | And here's why it's so critical because inconsistency creates self-distrust. And when you have that going on unmanaged, unmonitored, unspoken back to, it's easy to fall into the trap of discouragement. |
| 1:25.0 | And discouragement is the enemy of our progress. Discouragement destroys hope. Discouragement derails us for moving forward in the way that we know that we can. |
