Often you're just thinking about your goal or overstiding your goal or becoming a student and buying all the courses for the things that are associated with your goal, and you're you're talking about it, but you're not doing it, we got to start walking the walk instead of just talking the talk.

So in this episode, we're going to talk about getting out of the stagnation station of feeling not ready or not good enough.
