like to see happen in the upcoming year because, as we know, a lot of goals and list out the things that they like to see happen in the upcoming year,

because, as we know, a lot of stuff can happen in the course of a year.

And what we're going to talk about today is something that will most certainly happen

in the course of this year as in every other year, whether we plan for it or not.

And what that is is we will experience pressure.

We will experience internal pressures and external pressures.

there are things that would be like external pressures, actual circumstances, but internally

we're at peace. And you know, that's, you could call that peace amidst trials or something like that.
