of Amazing If Helen. Hi everybody. And actually this week I'm actually joined in the same room.

We're in a holiday inn in Chester. I feel like, but we're not in the same, we're in the same

hotel room to record the podcast, but we haven't got the same hotel hotel just to like make sure we do have some distance in our friendship.

I feel a bit like we are on a school trip though.

You know when you've got no school trips and you're like you're in your sort of like twin

rooms and stuff. It just feel a bit like that.

But it is always nice to be able to actually be in the same room, which is exciting. And for all of our new listeners,

and we know we have new people joining us every week, this podcast is here really to help you develop the skills you need to succeed in your squiggly career. And we know that all of us are

finding ourselves, I think, getting ever more squiggly, week after week, month after month,

both in terms of our own careers and the choices we're making,

but also the environments that we're finding ourselves in. And actually this week we had a lovely bit of feedback on the podcast on Instagram from someone actually who had been really

brave, had gone from a promotion in a different function. And in preparation, listen to the

Finding a New Job podcast three times.

She said back to back, which I was like, we must have been so, I don't know, in her head by that point.

And probably she must have been fed up with us.

But it obviously worked because she got the job.

Hooray.

So it's those little moments of feedback that make us super happy.
