But this episode is going to release first because it's less

aggressive okay dramatic and upsetting this one is going to release on thanksgiving woo happy

thanksgiving have a great time with your friends or family and if you were not able to be with

friends or family or maybe if this holiday season brings up some bad feelings for you, makes you feel alone or lost or a little

bit empty or numb in the world, know that you take up space in the world because you deserve to

take up space in the world. You and your value is not defined by how others treat you. You and your

value is defined by how you treat other people

and how you move in the world and how you treat the lives and souls and causes and little life

that you have and that you care about. And no matter how few people you see on this Thanksgiving holiday,

or no matter how many people you see in love and cherish and get to spend time with,

your value is great and large and beautiful. You are meant to be loved and you deserve to feel

loved. And a national holiday shouldn't make you feel less loved

because it's just a regular day. And my birthday is November 26. And so this episode will come out

a day after my birthday. So just pretend like it's my birthday. And it has nothing to do with you and everything

to do with me. Just want you to know that I appreciate you beyond measure, beyond words. And
