Hello and welcome back to the podcast.

Today I want to talk about scarcity mindset, you know, one of my favorite topics.

When I think about how could I simplify manifestation in terms of living in a high frequency,

the simplest way to do this is what if you filtered every decision in your life through the lens of?

Is this coming from abundance or scarcity? is this coming from abundance or scarcity?

Is this coming from love or fear?

And if you use that question to guide every decision that you're making, your entire life

will change.

I mean, first of all, it will bring so much awareness to the subconscious thought processes we have, right, where we're realizing, oh, I was about to make that decision from a place of fear and starting to realize all of the places that we still do decide to move forward or think from a place of fear or scarcity. So even just that awareness

is so valuable in recognizing where we can still shift more into abundance and love. But then also

if you actually start to decide differently and you decide to choose from love, from abundance,

you're going to notice your entire life shifts because the foundational frequency, as I talk

about in my book, manifestation mastery, the foundational frequency is abundance and is love.

And you want to make sure that the foundational frequency of what you are creating is rooted

in the frequency you want to be in

when it's created.
