1:02.5	It feels like so many aspects of my life are suddenly falling apart and I feel so low.
1:07.6	How do I start to pick myself back up and completely let go so I can move forward?

1:21.8	It is never fun when that happens. You know, a lot of these big transitions, releases, change. There's a lot of
