1:02.4	So the first question that I wanted to ask you is, how did you start Range Beauty
1:08.2	with such a small initial budget into multimillion dollar brand?
1:12.9	Can you take us back to those early days?
1:15.5	Yeah, so my background wasn't even in beauty.
1:18.4	It was in fashion.
1:19.2	I worked in a lot of different jobs in the New York fashion industry.
1:24.3	And simultaneously, I was on my own skin journey where in college I developed really bad eczema from head to toe.
1:33.1	After graduation and moving to New York, I developed cystic acne.
1:37.2	And so I was always having to be very mindful of what I was using on my skin.
