| 2:33.0 | And you know my story. If you've been listening, if you haven't, I used to think I was just a lost cause. My thoughts were all over the place. |
| 2:41.0 | So much so that I didn't think therapists could help me. The sports psychologist can help me. I literally thought, well, I guess I'm always going to struggle. I'm always going to suffer. |
| 2:49.0 | And I get to tell you that if I can change my thoughts, you can. Now I was happy on the outside, but on the inside, desperately unhappy. |
