Listen, raise your hand if you went through a quarter life crisis.

I won't tell anyone. I mean I did. I went through one. It was more like a quarter life, I don't know, hyperventilation slash nervous breakdown more than anything else. I'll set the stage. Okay, so I was in a movie theater

with my brother who at the time was probably maybe 12 or 13, bless him. He had to witness this. He and I were watching the movie Big Fish. Remember that movie that kind of like nobody ever saw? It was directed by Tim Burton. You and McGregor was in it, Albert Finney, also known as Daddy Warbux from Annie.

Anyway, I'm sitting there and all of a sudden I can't breathe, I've got tears streaming down down my face and it wasn't because this was a

particularly sad or awful movie I just could not that at that moment and for many

weeks I could not get my mind off work the fact fact that I was so stressed, the fact that I wasn't sleeping, the fact that my boss was a total monster, on and on and I was also $30,000 in debt. I was making no money.

I could have really used today's guest for help back then.

So fast forward now, gosh, 10 years and change. We have success coach and entrepreneur Emily Williams here.
