Hey friends my name is Summer Faith and I am a revelation wellness instructor from

platoon 21 I live in Linden Washington and I wanted to take just a moment to

share with you my heart about the Sugar Fast and how the Lord showed up in such a mighty

way last fall when I participated. I was a little bit apprehensive to join in because of the length of the sugar fast and the boundaries

of it. I had never fully submitted myself to something like that and I had a conversation with the Lord before I began

and he laid out exactly how he wanted me to participate. So first of all it's between you and

him and there's going to be a clear path as to what

you give up and how you grow about this fast.

And as I entered in, he showed up in such a mighty way. Communication with him was the greatest

gift. There was a clarity and a new intimacy with him. and he revealed to me the answer to questions that I didn't even know I had at the time.

And I think that that was one of the sweetest gifts ever because I had been praying about a certain

situation with a ministry partner of mine for a really long time and as we entered into the

fast together we purposed to seek the Lord's heart for

our ministry.

And I still clear as day, remember it was a Friday where he both, he revealed to both of us a very specific path that we were to take and

it was a nerve nervous thing to do it was a little bit out of our comfort zone but in the fast he was so clear and so kind and gave us very

clear directions for the next steps that we were supposed to take for our ministry.

And here's the thing that I want to say when you enter into this

fast and I really hope that you do if you come before the Lord and say my heart is to become

closer to your heart.

I want to see what it is that you are trying to tell me

that sometimes gets fuzzy and clouded in the world around us.
