I'm excited.

So what type of projects do you specialize in at Trivista USA?

Well, so Arlington is really a great place to be a builder, first of all.

So we have a lot of homes in the area that were built, you know, 40s, 50s, older homes.

And, you know, plumbing is basically falling apart. There's a good housing stock.

And then they're in great location, you know, so it's just sort of a great opportunity to build. And so our typical project is, you know, generally above in the $100,000 range, I would say the classic Arlington

remodel is a two-story addition where you're adding a bedroom, adding a master suite, and

generally reorganizing the first floor with a kitchen, you know, decks, screened in porches, in addition to that, on the back as well.

So you find that the housing stock that you have around the nation's capital is ripe for modernizing.

You listed off a lot of pretty modern additions and alterations that companies like
