2023 I apologize for the homeless look but I have been a tad under the weather.

Now I guess technically according to general dad humor we're all under the

weather because we're in the atmosphere but I have been a little bit under the

weather. My daughter got a cold and I don't have a sore throat,

I'm just a little, you have a half those days where you wake up and after breakfast you're like, man, I could use a nap.

So I had one of those and I'm like, oh, I'm going to listen to music and I'm going to oh I you know I should really get caught up on the latest

time Bitcoin so yes it's one of those one of those situations.

All right.

So yes, it is a challenge.

In those days with like that white guy blinking where it's just like morning to to evening but what I did get done and I hope that you would check this out the

Man the French Revolution is some great stuff get lots of sleep I will aim to but you have that annoying thing in life I don't know where you like tired all day and then you can't get to sleep at night. I think it's just a kind of being under the weather thing. The terrible weather can't be helping

your energy either. No, I fuel myself on bad weather. I get energy and joy and power and grace on bad weather.

So that's all right.

I just want to make sure everything is cooking and running the way it should.
