Moving forwards in life means we have to problem solve, but are you using the right people, are you leaning on the right relationships with others to effectively solve those problems? Some people are more logical, some are more emotional, some are impulsive, the key is knowing how we usually behave and having that person that compliments how we think and feel and thus, over the course of a chat, leads us to a better outcome. Anyway, good morning, good afternoon, good evening, I hope you're well. So today is a short Monday show all about effective problem solving. And more than anything, I just want to take a couple of minutes

to make you think a little bit differently or maybe

consider how you attack problems and the reason this is important for me is how we move forward

in life leans on us being able to effectively solve problems, whether it be with our

diet, with nutrition, whether it's with our fitness and our training, whether it's with our relationships with others, whether it's in our careers,

whether it's with kids. And the reason I've been thinking a lot about this recently is I've been sharing some musings with you on me

going through therapy again to just look at some things I want to look at that

that I want to improve again I'm coming at that from a very positive thing. It's not

negative for me. I'm just a lifelong optimizer of myself. So I want to chat and

improve how I think and feel about things so I'm talking to

someone and as a result of that I'm obviously having to sort of break some

things down and kind of think about them a little bit

differently and sort of build them up again so I'm having to effectively problem

solve and the therapist that I've chosen is helping me think differently from how

my brain thinks and obviously they're using their

professional and diagnostic framework to be able to sort of break down and ask all the right questions

and stuff. And what it know hopefully how we think and feel. of us can be more logical, some of us can be more logical, some of us can be more

logical, some of us can be more emotional, some of us can be irrational, some of us can be impulsive, some of us can get stuck

in problems, some of us can react very quickly and almost not think about a problem.
