Tyler has been a Porsche Mechanic, Bike Messenger company owner and Coffee Shop Owner before landing on his true love of life Restaurant owner.

Tyler and his wife Ashley have built from the ground up of one of the greatest spots in LA ever.

I always wanted to know how the Restaurant world works and what it takes and Tyler was the perfect guest.

This man and his wife have pure passion for ever detail of their Restaurant and it was an honor to sit down with him.

a fact meaning everything like vacations outdoor concerts. I was just thinking about it.

1983 I was at the US festival in San Bernardino and it's still to this day one of the greatest weekends of my life.

I will never forget it and I thank my mom for being absolutely cool and a fantastic mom. Open minded mom.

Man I can't tell you what that did to me. You can probably tell from the show over the last almost nine years what it did to me.

It opened my my life to travel rock and roll and meeting people it just everything that weekend completely changed my life.

I remember my mom had the she gave me the choice. You could go to the junior prom or you could go to the US festival and I just laughed.

Junior prom get out of here not going to know you know where we're going.

So she rented a Toyota Dolphin which was a it's a small camper on the back of this little Toyota and I remember we drove down from the Bay area and it barely made it up the grapevine.

I just a four cylinder with this trailer on the back. It's like a miniature winnow bigo miniature but with a four cylinder little Toyota truck just trying to get up the grapevine.

And 83 I was a junior in high school and I look back at it now it just seems like it took us a month to get there drove from the Bay area all the way to San Bernardino which is you know to LA it's about a five hour drive.

Five and a half hour drive. I can do it in like five now because the speed limits are I think like 75 or 70 out there but back then it was 55 miles an hour and we're in a four cylinder that shouldn't have this much weight.

So we probably did 45 miles an hour all the way down there and it took us just probably 10 hours to get there me in a couple of buddies.

And we got there we pulled into this kind of camping area we parked and then three days of absolute insanity went down.
