exercise it's really optimizing exercise because I think most of us know we can go to the gym or we see people at the gym.

You can either do a machine circuit,

you can hop on the treadmill and just run

to your hearts content for an half hour to an hour or so.

Or you can go through a really thoughtful exercise program that was developed just for you or

at least having to do with just your body and just your needs.
