All right welcome to episode 530. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new

episode of new mindset who this as always. Thank you so much for listening. Thank

you for supporting me and today I want to talk quickly about the people who

judge you in life. I want to talk about the strangers on the internet who

judge you, that friend who judges you, that coworker, that person you went on

two dates with, the people who judge you, the people who tell themselves stories

about you that aren't true or that are you know in some way offended by what

they perceive to be you. I want to talk about the people who think they've read

your entire book based on the one paragraph they've skimmed and I want to

do this not to create a narrative about how no one understands you or you

know haters or really closet fans or any of that kind of cheesy rhetoric that

is passed around to make you feel better when someone throws shade your way.

Not to do that but rather because being judged unfairly, being judged unfairly

is a universal experience in life. And if we don't come to terms with it, that

is if you don't come to terms with this thing that is guaranteed to happen,

if we're always fighting against it, holding it close, internalizing it,

letting it rile us up will always be held prisoner by other people. That of
