There are times we need to GO GO GO, to take ACTION. But also times we need to rest, recover and get our AWESOME back. This was me this weekend, but I struggled, I struggled due to not knowing the root cause of the problem and then trying to fix something that wasn't broken. Hopefully from todays short show it will help you know when to put your foot on the gas, know when to chill, and know when and why you need fluidity vs structure. Enjoy.

therapist it kind of feels like there's a real problem, you know, you're, you really need help. Like it feels like it's got a word,

for it, it feels like it's got a stigma about it, sorry.

we're trying to move things positively.

And for me, there isn't pain, there's just positivity and I want to move things positively and for me there isn't pain there's just

Relax sometimes and kind of be fluid and know when there needs to be structure and then know when there needs to be time to just

what happened is last week I had a really busy week we had the launch of our new awesome protein bar it was

intense it was great it was positive it was amazing but it was it was like

wolf and I got to the end of the week and I was actually quite hard on myself at the end of the week I was like we've had an awesome week but I felt like I just felt like drained but drained in a positive way which I didn't spend enough time just

saying you know what I'm just tired and I just need to arrest and because everything has been so positive and we had such good launch and it went so well.
