retired sergeant Dan Krause of the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office and senior investigator John

Krumonocker of the Clackamas County District Attorney's Office about the 2009 murder of Joseph Patrick Haley in his Milwaukee, Oregon apartment.

In part one, they laid out some of the key details of the case, and today we'll dive deeper into

their investigation and what ultimately led to solving this crime.

Yeah, the other thing, the accuracy.

I mean, when Joe's found he's on his back,

but he's been shot twice in the stomach and the chest.

So absolutely where you want to shoot somebody to stop the threat.

So they were very accurate.

And I would think kind of going back to the gun chosen and the fact that somebody likely bragged about it,

likely used it, practiced with it, showed off with it.

That would have been what I would have thought at the time.

You have multiple witnesses that would know that this person had this gun, but it was extremely accurate.

I thought this has got to be somebody who was shot and fired a gun before because this is a high stress situation.
