And that's probably about my order of competence.

I'm good at finding deals.

I have not always been real good at finding the proper partners with those deals.

And the practice keeps me so busy that it's got to be passive.

So ideally when I invest, I find the deal. And just because

almost all my clients are real estate investors. I got a list across the nation. I hear about
