Okay. You're listening to the Friday Fix. Today, however, is a special day. I have a huge announcement, and I wanted to take this episode to explain a big change you're about to see on the Mentally Strong People podcast. I'm partnering with the biggest mental health website in the world.

I'm so excited to make this shift. And while this would be an extraordinary opportunity under any circumstance,

there's a personal reason why this shift means so much to me.

Very well was the first major media outlet to take a chance on me back in the day.

At the time that they gave me my first job,

they had no idea I was in the middle of a personal

They gave me my first opportunity as a writer during a time when I needed it the most.

something else. As a therapist at a community mental health center, it really wasn't an option to

I had to find another way to earn more money.
