really can't complain we are healthy we have everything we need and I know that we are so fortunate.

I hope that you guys are all doing well too. I did want to talk about something that a lot of people have

been asking me before I get into today's episode. So I've been getting a lot of

questions about how do I manage and maximize my time right now? So I'm actually still pretty busy because

I'm in school full time and then I have my work for this show and my work for

Instagram and relaunching my website etc. At the same time while I'd like to say that I'm super

organized and I'm keeping an airtight calendar, I just don't right now.

But this is what I do to add a little bit of structure to my day and keep it from bleeding into one another.

So I do these few things. The most important thing for me to do is to

bookend my day. So that means I start and end the day a certain way as best I can, I'm not

perfect, but that looks like in the morning, I do not get right on my phone.
