In the last episode, we talked about what it would look like to build an agency, which is where

you start to hire other service providers that do the work that you do and work directly

with your clients.

One of the ways you can streamline the hiring process is to hire multiple people into the same position at once.

We recently did this at BizChicks when we onboarded two program assistants simultaneously.

Now now that's not part of an agency model, but that is an example of what it is like to hire

to people at once. Let me just say it was magical. It was so

amazing to train to people at the same time and also for them to have camaraderie with one
