business to the next level. It is. And it's about scaling, leveling up. And I love talking to so

many clients about their first employee. It's a big emotional, mental hurdle to make that leap,

right? Yeah, I think it's that there's some financial risks to it, right? But the only way you're going to scale, and this is one of the important things I love about scaling, you don't scale a business, you scale people, the people scale the business for you. Ooh, good comment. So we got to start with employee number one, and this is sometimes the hardest one to crack, but this could also be one of the most integral persons in your business that can help you grow, that can helpfully

develop themselves and be a core piece of your success. Yeah. And I can't remember which book. Oh my gosh,

you and I've quoted it before. But your first and most important hire is your assistant,

personal assistant, executive assistant assistant whatever you want to call

them and they can wear multiple hats and we're going to use that as our avatar today yeah that's going to be
