Hello, hello!

Hope you enjoyed last Thursday's podcast with James Haskell.

Ohh, love talking to Haskell. Anyway, today's show is going to be a

short and sharp one and it's kind of going to be letting you know about two key things that's happened during this lockdown

period and one of those ways is hopefully helping people out. The other way is

kind of thanking you. The first thing with thanking you is anyone

that follows myself or the BTN Academy our nutrition education company on social media.

When the lockdown happened and schools closed,

we decided to offer an initiative to 16 to 18 year olds.

And what we offered was anyone that is 16 to 18 with a school email

address was able to get a free place on our digital version of our Foundation Academy.

So that enabled young people that were not able to take their exams or

didn't have enough school work or didn't have as much of a focus

at this period of time and focus on something.

Focus on learning about food, their lifestyle, sleep and the value of good nutrition and food.

And we've given away nearly I think 1100 places we've

given away nearly 400,000 pounds in free education to 16 to 18 year olds.

of letter and then a graphic saying free education for 16 to 18 year olds.
