Hi there folks, John here from my isolation booth.

This is just a message to warn you that these podcasts are recorded a couple of days before

they are put out that's due to allow us to edit and check the quality, etc.

So obviously as guidance is moving very fast at this uncertain time, some of the things

we talk about may rapidly go out of date.

For example, discussions about people being outdoors, us getting outside and being social

outside of our houses, which obviously is no longer happening.

Anyway, I just thought I'd make that clear so no one thinks that any of the advice tips

or anecdotes we tell are in any way irresponsible and we do hope you're doing all you can to follow

the advice that the government give.

And we also hope that these podcasts are of some relief to you and we wish you all the
