Okay everyone, welcome to the first of the Isolation tapes with Ellison John. Ellison's

out, but this is the second time we've used this remote setup to record from our

three different houses as we are all avoiding London and the BBC and I made a

joke last time that getting Ellis set up was like a Barkley's digital

and it's taken that long to get Ellis sorted because he thought it would be a good

idea to change his operating system overnight just to make sure that he's

super efficient. That's caused problems on every single part of the process and

Ellis has already described it as the most stressful afternoon of his life.

So we're all in a great frame of mind to begin this sort of emergence. I guess

computer has been hassling me to update his operating system for months and I

do it. I did it overnight. It looks really new and shiny and exciting and it

keeps it keeps offering me virtual tours of my new operating system. The one
