because I have special guest Mike Carrano back. He's always a favorite. This is his third

time on the show. But it feels more like his 10th time because the amount that we can talk.

So this is another incredibly long episode. And I was very inspired when we taped.

We taped on Tuesday, and I had been having a really, really, really bad weekend to week.

And I mean, I had a fun weekend, but I got very drunk and then very hungover.

And so from the hangover until we taped, I was feeling so deeply, deeply depressed

and awful. And taping with him woke my brain up because I got a lot out. And so it is semi-therapy

session-ish for me, but also for him as well, and then hopefully for you guys.

But we talk about social media and just the swirling chaos that it puts my brain into.

And we also talk about Mike losing his job.

And it's a job he was in for 30 years, so it's a pretty big change for him.

And we, I mean, we just talk about a lot. It's
